Payments, including deposits, on custom artwork and prints are nonrefundable. Shipping costs include USPS tracking unless other services/insurance requested or required due to size/weight in which case additional charges will be paid for by customer. Custom work timelines are an estimate and not a guarantee. For oil paintings: Two layout sketches (or one if no changes needed) are included in the cost. Sketches and final artwork will be very similar but not exact as all artwork is created by hand.

If the client does not respond to artist or the client is unable to move forward after one calendar year from the last step completed (deposit, sketch review, pickup etc) then the project is considered abandoned with all work stopping without refund and subject to increased commission price list when restarted.
